According to book I, title II, chapter VI, section 2, art.92 para.2 of the Bucharest Stock Exchange Code, OMV Petrom S.A. informs its shareholders and investors about the change of the calendar date set for organizing the General Meeting of Shareholders and for publishing the annual report for 2010, from April 28, 2011 initially to April 26, 2011.
