Gas & Power
We are active in the natural gas and electricity markets in Romania and the region. We also develop renewable power projects in line with our Strategy 2030 targets.
We supply natural gas and electricity for customers in Romania and the region, under applicable licenses, market rules and contractual terms. Our energy supports households, businesses and public services, while we continue to adapt our portfolio in line with Strategy 2030.
Our plans include investments in regional gas and renewable power projects. Natural gas remains part of our portfolio and can support security of supply and system flexibility. At the same time, we aim for an installed renewable energy capacity of over 2.5 GW by 2030, including partnerships.

Natural Gas
We are active across the natural gas value chain, from production to supply. We supply natural gas to clients in Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary from our own production and from third-party acquisitions, and we are developing commercial activities in other countries in the region. Since becoming a licensed supplier in 1999, we have expanded our customer base and adapted our operations and regional presence to market opportunities.
Power
We are active in Romania’s power market as both producer and supplier and have been licensed in this area since 2009. Since 2012, with the start of commercial operations, our 860 MW Brazi gas-fired combined cycle power plant has contributed to electricity generation in Romania. As part of our Strategy 2030, we are investing in the development of a renewable energy portfolio, aiming for >2.5 GW of installed capacity by 2030, including through partnerships.
