With a mission to deliver uninterrupted energy and ambition to lead the energy transition, we have embarked on a transformation path towards a lower carbon future. We are investing into growing our portfolio of natural gas, a key bridge fuel for the transition. At the same time, we are bulding the largest solar and wind power portfolio in Romania, with an installed capacity of ~2.5 GW.

Natural Gas
We play a key role in the regional gas sector, managing the full value chain, from production to supply. We supply natural gas to our clients in Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary from our own production as well as from acquisitions from third parties. We are also developing commercial activities in other countries in the region. Since becoming a licensed supplier, in 1999, we have broadened our customer base and, over time, we have optimized our operations and regional presence, while seizing new opportunities.
Power
We are active in Romania’s power market as both producer and supplier, licensed since 2009. We significantly strengthened our role in 2012, with the start of operations of the 860 MW Brazi gas-fired combined cycle power plant.
We produce and supply electricity that powers Romania and the region. Our 860 MW Brazi power plant and our commitment to developing a portfolio of over 2.5 GW of renewable energy capacity by 2030 position us as an important player in the regional market.
