Availability of the annual reports and the reports on payments to governments for 2024

OMV Petrom S.A. informs its shareholders that the 2024 Annual Report of OMV Petrom S.A., prepared in compliance with the requirements of the Regulation no. 5/2018 of the Financial Supervisory Authority, as well as the 2024 Annual Report of OMV Petrom Group, including European Single Electronic Format (“ESEF”) for both, are available on the company’s website www.omvpetrom.com, section Investors > Publications > Annual Reports > 2024.

Starting 2024 reporting year, the OMV Petrom Group Annual Report also includes OMV Petrom consolidated Sustainability Statement for 2024, as part of the Directors’ Report, prepared in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards („ESRS”) introduced by the European Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive („CSRD”) and transposed into the Romanian legislation under Ministry of Finance Order no. 85/2024, which also amended the Ministry of Finance Order no. 2844/2016.

Also, the OMV Petrom’s Reports on payments to governments for 2024, both consolidated and standalone, prepared in accordance with the Ministry of Finance Order no. 2844/2016 approving the accounting regulations compliant with the International Financial Reporting Standards are available on the company’s website, in the same section as indicated above.

The print version of the Annual Reports can also be obtained from the Investor Relations Department, at the company’s headquarters located in 22 Coralilor Street, district 1, Bucharest (“Petrom City”). However, we recommend accessing the reports in electronic format on the company's website, avoiding as much as possible the request and obtaining them in print version from the company's headquarters.
