In accordance with the Resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of OMV Petrom S.A. dated October 23, 2025, OMV Petrom announces the payment of the special dividends distributed in 2025 via Depozitarul Central S.A. and BRD - Groupe Société Générale – the selected payment agent – starting with December 3, 2025 to its shareholders registered in the Shareholders’ Registry kept by Depozitarul Central S.A. on the registration date November 11, 2025.
The gross dividend is RON 0.0200 per share, and where applicable, any withholding tax payable will be deducted prior to payment at the rate provided by the law.
