OMV Petrom S.A. (OMV Petrom) announces that Mr. Daniel Turnheim has notified the waiver of his mandate as member of the Supervisory Board of OMV Petrom, effective starting 17 March 2023 (last day in office being 16 March 2023).

Following the waiver of his mandate, Mr. Daniel Turnheim will cease to hold the above-mentioned position in the Supervisory Board starting 17 March 2023, thus this seat becoming vacant.

Mr. Daniel Turnheim has been a member of the Supervisory Board of OMV Petrom since 1 January 2017.
