Petrom S.A. informs that is has today assigned all its claims related to S.C. Rafo S.A. to Calder – A International BV which is a company organized under Dutch Law.
Petrom S.A. informs that it has received as consideration for the assignment an amount of USD 44 million and considers that all legal matters related to Rafo S.A. are closed with this transaction.
