On July 18, 2007, the Court of Appeal Pitesti rejected the recourse filed by the Area Environment Protection Agency Pitesti [Environmental Agency] against the decision of Arges Tribunal whereby it suspended the decision no. 3935/28.05.2007 of the Environmental Agency. The latter relates to the suspension of the environment permit no. 2/30.11.2005 of Arpechim Pitesti.
The decision is irrevocable.
