In the period January 1st, 2026 – April 5th, 2026, OMV Petrom SA executed transactions with OMV Petrom Marketing S.R.L. in total value of RON 3,198,900,682 that exceed, cumulatively, 10% of the company’s turnover for the year 2025, as follows:
- Sale transactions amounting to RON 3,173,086,644 consisting mainly in sales of petroleum products and other (e.g. electricity, natural gas, rent and other services);
- Acquisition transactions amounting to RON 25,814,038 consisting mainly in interest due in relation to bilateral loan contract and other (e.g. acquisitions of petroleum products, services).
