Following the waiver of his mandate, Mr. Alfred Stern will cease to hold the above-mentioned position in the Supervisory Board starting 1 September 2026, thus this seat becoming vacant.
Mr. Alfred Stern has been a member of the Supervisory Board of OMV Petrom since 1 September 2021.
