OMV Petrom S.A. informs its shareholders that the 2025 Annual Report of OMV Petrom S.A., prepared in compliance with the requirements of the Regulation no. 5/2018 of the Financial Supervisory Authority, as well as the 2025 Annual Report of OMV Petrom Group, including European Single Electronic Format (“ESEF”) for both, are available on the company’s website www.omvpetrom.com, section Investors > Reports & Publications > Annual Reports > 2025.
The OMV Petrom Group Annual Report also includes OMV Petrom consolidated Sustainability Statement for 2025, as part of the Directors’ Report, prepared in accordance with Chapter 7¹ of Annex I to the Order of the Ministry of Finance No. 2844/2016 for the approval of national accounting regulations in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and amended by Ministry of Finance Order No. 85/2024, transposing into the Romanian legislation the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) introduced by the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). In 2025 reporting year, OMV Petrom enters its second year of reporting in line with these CSRD and ESRS requirements, also taking into account the Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/1416 (“Quick fix”). Furthermore, disclosures required under Article 8 of the EU Taxonomy Regulation (EU) 2020/852 are included in the Sustainability Statement in accordance with the Delegated Regulation amending the Taxonomy disclosure rules, adopted by the European Commission on 4th of July, 2025.
Also, the OMV Petrom’s Reports on payments to governments for 2025, both consolidated and standalone, prepared in accordance with the Ministry of Finance Order no. 2844/2016 approving the accounting regulations compliant with IFRS are available on the company’s website, in the same section as indicated above.
The above mentioned reports were approved by the Executive Board and subsequently by the Supervisory Board, in view of submitting them for approval to the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of OMV Petrom S.A. of April 28/29, 2026.
