OMV Petrom S.A. announces the appointment of Ms. Emma Delaney as interim member of the Supervisory Board, effective 1 September 2026 and until the next General Meeting of Shareholders, following Mr. Alfred Stern’s waiver of his mandate as member and president of the Supervisory Board of OMV Petrom S.A., as announced on 10 August 2026.
During her 30-year career at bp, she held senior leadership roles across the company’s upstream and downstream businesses and led complex transformation programs in rapidly evolving markets and regions. Her breadth of international experience spans Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific.
From 1 September 2026, Emma Delaney will assume the role of Chair of the Executive Board and Chief Executive Officer of OMV Aktiengesellschaft, headquartered in Vienna, Austria.
