OMV Petrom has always conferred great importance upon the principles of good corporate governance, considering it a key element underpinning the sustainable growth of the business and also the enhancement of long-term value for shareholders.
OMV Petrom first adhered to the Corporate Governance Code issued by the Bucharest Stock Exchange in 2010 and has continued to apply its principles, ever since then. OMV Petrom complies with almost all of the provisions set forth in the Corporate Governance Code issued by the Bucharest Stock Exchange in 2016 (the “Code”).
