Managers’ Transactions

Under the Market Abuse Regulation (EU Regulation no. 596/2014, Article 19), persons discharging managerial responsibilities at OMV Petrom, as well as persons closely associated with them, are required to notify transactions in financial instruments of OMV Petrom to the Romanian Supervisory Authority (ASF) and to OMV Petrom.

OMV Petrom has to make the notified information public. OMV Petrom publishes details of the transactions here.
