The presentation of the standalone financial statements for the six months period ended June 30, 2010 prepared according to the Romanian Accounting Standards (RAS)

Petrom releases the standalone financial statements of OMV Petrom SA prepared according to the „Order 1879/ 2010 of the Ministry of Public Finance regarding the approval of the accounting reporting System as of June 30, 2010 for the economic agents”.

The above mentioned financial statements contain the Balance sheet as at June 30, 2010, the Income statement and Informative data form.

Financial statements of OMV Petrom SA for the six months period ended June 30, 2010 are unaudited and prepared according to Romanian Accounting Standards (RAS).
