Concerning the file nr. 47957/3/2005  of the Bucharest Tribunal, Sixth Commercial Section, whereby the plaintiff Dan Paul, a shareholder of Petrom S.A., requested  an injunction for the suspension of the Decisions no. 2, 3 and 4 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Petrom S.A., dated November 22, 2005, the order issued by the court was to the effect of rejecting the plaintiff’s request for an injunction as unjustified.
Concerning the file nr. 47958/3/2005 of the Bucharest Tribunal, Sixth Commercial Section, whereby the plaintiff Dan Paul, shareholder of Petrom S.A, requested the annulment of the Decisions no. 2, 3 and 4 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Petrom S.A., dated November 22, 2005, the court has scheduled a new hearing for 14 February 2006.
