By the request for a summary proceedings judgment, which represents the object of the first file, the plaintiff Dan Paul, shareholder of Petrom S.A., requests the Court the suspension of the Decision no. 2, 3 and 4 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Petrom S.A., dated November 22, 2005.
