Significant event to be reported:

Issuance by Darian DRS S.A. of the valuation report regarding the land plots, for which OMV PETROM S.A. obtained land ownership certificates and are in the scope of the share capital increase.

In the context of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders convened by OMV Petrom SA for 27 April 2022 (first convening) (“EGMS”) with respect to the initiation of the OMV Petrom’s share capital increase by the in-kind contribution of the Romanian State and the cash contribution of the other shareholders,

OMV Petrom SA announces the issuance by Darian DRS S.A. of the Valuation Report No. 353/15.04.2022 for the land plots which are in the scope of the share capital increase, indicating a value of 120,660,239.23 LEI.

The Romanian State holds a 20.6389% stake of the share capital of OMV Petrom S.A.
