OMV Petrom S.A. (OMV Petrom) announces that Mr. Mihai Busuioc has notified on 17 October 2017, the waiver of his mandate as member of the Supervisory Board of OMV Petrom, member of the Audit Committee of OMV Petrom and as member of the Presidential and Nomination Committee of OMV Petrom.

Following the waiver of his mandate, Mr. Mihai Busuioc will cease to hold the above mentioned positions in the Supervisory Board, Audit Committee and Presidential and Nomination Committee of OMV Petrom, his seats becoming vacant starting 17 October 2017, the date when the company acknowledged the waiver of his mandate.

Mr. Mihai Busuioc has been a member of the Supervisory Board of OMV Petrom since 28 April 2017.
