In today’s meeting, the Supervisory Board took note of the fact that Christina Verchere will take over the position as President of the Executive Board and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of OMV Petrom S.A. as of 1 May 2018, taking into consideration her appointment to this position as approved by the Supervisory Board and announced on 9 January 2018.

During the same meeting, the Supervisory Board also took note of the fact that Mariana Gheorghe’s mandate as President of the Executive Board and CEO of OMV Petrom S.A. ends on 30 April 2018.
