OMV issues Q4/15 Trading Statement

OMV Petrom S.A. (SNP) announces its shareholders, investors and analysts that OMV, its majority shareholder, will publish the Q4 2015 Trading Statement on January 29, 2016, at 9.00am local time (8.00am CET). The Trading Statement will be available on OMV’s website www.omv.com > Investor Relations > Investor news > Trading Statement. This trading statement provides basic information for the fourth quarter of 2015, including data on the economic environment as well as key drivers of OMV Group performance during the period.

OMV Petrom will report its preliminary consolidated results for January – December and Q4 2015, prepared according to the International Financial Reporting Standards, on February 18, 2016 at 8.30am local time (7.30am CET).
