OMV issues Q4/12 Trading Statement

OMV Petrom S.A. (SNP) announces its shareholders, investors and analysts that OMV, its majority shareholder, will publish the Q4/12 Trading Statement on February 1, 2013, at 8.00 a.m. (CET). The Trading Statement will be available on OMV’s website www.omv.com > Investor Relations > Investor news > Trading Statement. This trading statement provides basic information for the fourth quarter, including data on the economic environment as well as key drivers of OMV Group performance during the period.

Petrom will report the preliminary consolidated results for Q4/12 and January-December 2012, prepared according to the International Financial Reporting Standards, on February 21, 2013 at 8.30 local time (7.30 CET).
