OMV issues Q4/10 Trading Statement

OMV Petrom S.A. (SNP) announces its shareholders, investors and analysts that OMV will publish the Q4/10 Trading Statement on February 4, 2011, at 8.00am (CET). The Trading Statement will be available on OMV’ s website www.omv.com > Investor Relations > Investor news. This trading statement provides basic information on the fourth quarter, including figures on the economic environment as well as key drivers on OMV Group performance during the period.

 Petrom will report its preliminary consolidated results for Q4 and January – December 2010, prepared according to the International Financial Reporting Standards on February 23, 2011, at 8.30 local time (7.30 CET).
