OMV issues Q4/08 Trading Statement

Petrom announces its shareholders, investors and analysts that OMV will publish the Q4/08 Trading Statement on January 27, 2009, at 8.00 CET. The Trading Statement will be available on OMV website www.omv.com > Investor Relations > Investor News. This trading statement provides basic information on the fourth quarter 2008, including figures on the economic environment as well as key drivers on OMV performance during the period.

Petrom results for January – December and Q4/2008 will be disclosed on February 25, 2009.
