OMV issues Q3/15 Trading Statement

OMV Petrom S.A. (SNP) announces its shareholders, investors and analysts that OMV, its majority shareholder, will publish the Q3/15 Trading Statement on October 19, 2015, at 9.00am local time (8.00am CEST). The Trading Statement will be available on OMV’s website www.omv.com > Investor Relations > Investor news > Trading Statement. This trading statement provides basic information for the third quarter of 2015, including data on the economic environment as well as key drivers of OMV Group performance during the period.

OMV Petrom will report its consolidated results for January – September and Q3 2015, prepared according to the International Financial Reporting Standards, on November 5, 2015 at 8.30am local time (7.30am CET).
