OMV issues Q3/10 Trading Statement

OMV Petrom S.A. (SNP) announces its shareholders, investors and analysts that OMV will publish the Q3/2010 Trading Statement on October 21, 2010, at 8.00am CET (9.00 local time). The Trading Statement will be available on OMV’s website www.omv.com > Investor Relations > Investor news. This trading statement provides basic information on the third quarter, including figures on the economic environment as well as key drivers on OMV Group performance during the period.

Petrom will report its consolidated results for Q3 and January – September 2010, prepared according to the International Financial Reporting Standards on November 10, 2010, at 8.30 local time (7.30 CET).
