OMV issues Q2/15 Trading Statement

OMV Petrom S.A. (SNP) announces its shareholders, investors and analysts that OMV, its majority shareholder, will publish the Q2/15 Trading Statement on July 23, 2015, at 9.00am local time (8.00am CEST). The Trading Statement will be available on OMV’s website www.omv.com > Investor Relations > Investor news > Trading Statement. This trading statement provides basic information for the second quarter of 2015, including data on the economic environment as well as key drivers of OMV Group performance during the period.

OMV Petrom will report its consolidated results for January – June and Q2 2015, prepared according to the International Financial Reporting Standards, on August 12, 2015 at 8.30am local time (7.30am CEST).
