OMV issues Q2/13 Trading Statement

OMV Petrom S.A. (SNP) announces its shareholders, investors and analysts that OMV, its majority shareholder, will publish the Q2/13 Trading Statement on July 24, 2013, at 9.00 a.m. local time (8.00 CET). The Trading Statement will be available on OMV’s website www.omv.com > Investor Relations > Investor news > Trading Statement. This trading statement provides basic information for the second quarter of 2013, including data on the economic environment as well as key drivers of OMV Group performance during the period.
Petrom will report the consolidated results for Q2/13 and January – July 2013, prepared according to the International Financial Reporting Standards, on August 13, 2013 at 8.30 local time (7.30 CET).
