OMV issues Q2/09 Trading Statement

Petrom announces its shareholders, investors and analysts that OMV will publish the Q2/09 Trading Statement on July 17, 2009, at 8.00 am (CET). The Trading Statement will be available on OMV’s website www.omv.com > Investor Relations > Investor News. This trading statement provides basic information on the second quarter, including figures on the economic environment as well as key drivers on OMV Group performance during the period.

Petrom results for January – June and Q2 2009 will be disclosed on August 5, 2009, at 8.30 local time (7.30 CET).
