OMV issues Q1/12 Trading Statement

OMV Petrom S.A. (SNP) announces its shareholders, investors and analysts that OMV, its majority shareholder, will publish the Q1/12 Trading Statement on April 24, 2012, at 8.00am (CET). The Trading Statement will be available on OMV’s website www.omv.com > Investor Relations > Investor news. This trading statement provides basic information for the first quarter, including data on the economic environment as well as key drivers of OMV Group performance during the period.

Petrom will report the consolidated results for Q1/12, prepared according to the International Financial Reporting Standards on May 9, 2012 at 8.30 local time (7.30 CET).
