OMV issues Q1/09 Trading Statement

Petrom announces its shareholders, investors and analysts that OMV will publish the Q1/09 Trading Statement on April 17, 2009, at 8.00 am (CET). The Trading Statement will be available on OMV’s website www.omv.com > Investor Relations > Investor news. This trading statement provides basic information on the first quarter, including figures on the economic environment as well as key drivers on OMV performance during the period.

Petrom results for January – March 2009 will be disclosed on May 8, 2009.
