Communiqué regarding the availability of the Annual Report for 2014

S.C. OMV Petrom S.A. informs its shareholders that the 2014 Annual Report, prepared in compliance with the requirements of the Regulation no.1/2006 of the National Securities Commission is available on the company’s website www.omvpetrom.com, section Investor Relations > Investor Reports and Presentations > Annual Reports.

The print version of the annual reports can also be obtained from the Company headquarters located in 22 Coralilor Street, district 1, Bucharest ("Petrom City"), Investor Relations Department.

The Report has been submitted to the Bucharest Stock Exchange and to the Financial Supervisory Authority, in accordance with the legislation.
