The payment of dividends for 2018 financial year

In accordance with the Resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of OMV Petrom S.A. dated April 19th, 2019, OMV Petrom announces the payment of the dividends for 2018 financial year via Depozitarul Central S.A. and BRD - Groupe Société Générale – the selected payment agent – starting with June 13th, 2019 to its shareholders registered in the Shareholders’ Registry kept by Depozitarul Central S.A. on the registration date May 23rd, 2019.

The gross dividend is RON 0.0270 per share, and where applicable any withholding tax payable will be deducted prior to payment, at the rate provided by the law.
