OMV issues Q3/13 Trading Statement

OMV Petrom S.A. (SNP) announces its shareholders, investors and analysts that OMV, its majority shareholder, will publish the Q3/13 Trading Statement on October 18, 2013, at 9.00 a.m. local time (8.00 CEST). The Trading Statement will be available on OMV’s website www.omv.com > Investor Relations > Investor news > Trading Statement. This trading statement provides basic information for the third quarter of 2013, including data on the economic environment as well as key drivers of OMV Group performance during the period.

Petrom will report the consolidated results for Q3/13 and January – September 2013, prepared according to the International Financial Reporting Standards, on November 7, 2013 at 8.30 local time (7.30 CET).
