Favorable court ruling regarding Arpechim

The Arges Tribunal granted the Petrom request for the suspension of Area Environment Protection Agency Pitesti decision related to suspension environment permit of Arpechim Refinery

On 11 June, 2007 the Arges Tribunal granted the request lodged by S.C. Petrom S.A. for the suspension of the decision no.  3935/28.05.2007 issued by Area Environment Protection Agency Pitesti related to suspension of environment permit no 2/30.11.2005 of Arpechim Refinery. Thus, the executory nature of decision no.  3935/28.05.2007 issued by Area Environment Protection Agency Pitesti is suspended until the ruling on the merits of the case by the court.

The Court Decision is lawfully enforceable and can be appealed within 5 days of its issuance.
