Communique regarding Fondul Proprietatea S.A.’s holdings in OMV Petrom S.A.

OMV Petrom S.A. ("OMV Petrom") received from Fondul Proprietatea S.A. a notification referring to its holdings in OMV Petrom’s social capital, as a result of the transaction dated September 21, 2017.

According to the notification received, after the transaction, Fondul Proprietatea S.A. holds 5,663,548,078 ordinary shares, corresponding to 9.9985% of OMV Petrom’s social capital, respectively 5,663,548,078 voting rights, corresponding to 9.9985% of OMV Petrom’s voting rights.

About OMV Petrom
OMV Petrom is the largest integrated oil and gas group in Southeastern Europe, with an annual oil and gas production of approximately 64 mn boe in 2016. The Group has a refining capacity of 4.5 mn tons / year and operates an 860 MW high efficiency power plant.
