Publication of quarterly consolidated figures for 2009 

Petrom announces its investors and analysts the publication of its consolidated quarterly figures for 2009, including Petrom Group’s consolidated results prepared according to the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The figures are available starting July 12, 2010 on www.petrom.com›Investor Relations›D ownload Center›Interim Reports in Excel format.

Petrom started reporting its consolidated results prepared according to the International Financial Reporting Standards in its quarterly, half-year and annual releases to the capital markets, beginning with the presentation of the results for January - March 2010 (previously reported standalone, prepared according to Romanian Accounting Standards). The reports are published at the dates specified in Petrom's Financial Calendar for 2010. OMV Petrom SA's standalone results prepared according to the Romanian Accounting Standards will only be reported on a half-year and annual basis, starting with the half-year 2010 results. The standalone results will be disseminated in accord with capital markets regulations and within the timeframe set by the legal requirements.

The next results announcement for January - June and Q2 2010 will be released on August 4, 2010.
