Significant event to be reported:
Executive Board’s initial proposal regarding dividend distribution for the financial year 2019 

In accordance with the legal and statutory provisions, it is under the Executive Board duty to make recommendations to the shareholders regarding the distribution of profits.
Based on the 2019 preliminary results and strong free cash flow, the Executive Board of OMV Petrom S.A. proposes a gross dividend of RON 0.031/share for the 2019 financial year.
This initial proposal was also presented to the Audit Committee and observes the current dividend policy, as published on the OMV Petrom S.A.’s corporate website.
The Executive Board’s final proposal for the distribution of dividends for the financial year 2019 will be submitted for approval to the April 2020 Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders after the approval by the Supervisory Board, following Audit Committee review.
