Changes in Petrom’s Executive Board

Wolfgang Ruttenstorfer, President of Petrom’s Supervisory Board: "Reinhard Pichler has been a member of Petrom’s Executive Board since the privatization of Petrom and successfully managed the largest finance transformation program in Southeastern Europe, playing a decisive role in transforming Petrom into a profitable and modern company, while Gerald Kappes has taken part directly into diversifying Petrom’s activities in the power field, laying the foundation of Petrom Group’s sustainable development. We thank them for their efforts and wish them success in managing their new responsibilities, we welcome Daniel Turnheim and Hilmar Kroat-Reder in the Executive Board of Petrom and wish them all the best in their new positions."

Daniel Turnheim studied Business Administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. In 2002, he joined OMV Group where he held several positions including Head of Controlling with OMV UK. Since 2007, Mr. Turnheim has been serving as Head of OMV Corporate Controlling. End of 2009, Mr. Turnheim became a member of the Petrol Ofisi’s Board of Directors.

Hilmar Kroat-Reder studied Law and Business Administration at the University of Vienna, the Vienna University of Economics and Business and at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, California, USA. Since 2002, Mr. Kroat-Reder has held various positions with OMV: Head of Corporate Development & M&A/Legal, Vice President of the CEO’s Office, while currently he holds the position of Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs & Sustainability.
