Academy of Economic Studies and OMV Petrom inaugurate lecture hall equipped with the latest technologies
- Around 1,000 ASE students per semester will benefit from new lecture hall, starting this academic year
- Lecture hall furnished with latest generation multimedia and lighting equipment
- Old furniture replaced with modern decor made of nanotechnology-based materials
OMV Petrom has helped the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest (ASE) to modernize the "Grigore Moisil" lecture hall, situated in the building on Calea Dorobanților, so that students can benefit from optimum learning conditions. The modernization works consisted of replacing the electrical and lighting systems, installing state-of-the-art projection and video-conferencing systems, and replacing the furniture.
The lecture hall was inaugurated today at an event attended by Alina Popa, General Manager OMV Petrom Global Solutions, and PhD Prof. Nicolae Istudor, Rector of ASE. Every semester approximately 1,000 students will benefit from the new lecture hall, starting this academic year (2017-2018).
